The Alexander Technique will teach you the skills needed to powerfully improve your “use of self” in all movements and all aspects of your life. It teaches you how to “tune” your body to efficiency – giving you a new sense of “active balance”. It opens a “pathway” of change – changing how you think and feel. In a lesson the student actively participates in the learning – in this way becoming more aware of the Body and Mind in Action.
